“Abram Inn and Suites was a beautiful, spacious place to stay. We stayed in the family suite. It was large and spacious. It was close to main street and the parking was right outside our door. We anjoyed sitting in the furniture outside to enjoy the evening. Breakfast isn't at the hotel but you recieve vouchers to "Mi Mexico". Their breakfast was delicious. Overall, we would return to Abram Inn and Suites if we visit Ouray again.”

“Very nice stay. It has a family feel in ownership, very kind. Room was clean, good amenities, nice extras like a group sitting area with a gas fire pit. Sits on a creek, need to get close to the bank for a view but it is literally about 20 feet from the social area. Close walk to Main St. and to restaurants on 7th, both within a 100 foot walk. Ok, me and the missus just discussed what was wrong (I hate all one sided reviews), so hear it goes. A couple of loungers or ADK chairs on the slope……

Probably a bit overpriced compared to some other properties nearby. We were attending the bluegrass festival and that was fantastic!”

They do provide one extra roll but when I asked for more, housekeeping never left it for us. We managed and overall it was a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it to anyone. “The advertising photo of the nice cabin is not the cabin we got and booking was misleading. No AC, no water, no bathroom, just the cabin and two outlets. The advertising is misleading as there was no coffee. The coffee house pictured is not open. The people were very nice, it was quiet and it looks like they are really trying to do some nice improvements. The shared shower house and bathrooms are very nice, just a long walk in the middle of the night. It was very nice for having our dog along……

“We loved everything about the stay! The owners were super super friendly and helpful. The cabin and grounds were clean. We killed a few spiders, one being a black widow. “This property should not be used until it has updates. The electrical system is very old, plugs won’t stay in, you have to unplug items to not trip a circuit and I felt unsafe. The heating wall gas heating unit did not function and I was very happy to see CO monitors in place. This unit looked like it was from the 40’s. The paint is chipped, there are large chunks of wood missing and an all of the faucets dripped water. This was not the unit I chose at booking but was given to us due to repairs……

The desk was always staffed with just one person and they seemed to be consistently overwhelmed by owners, renters and the phone. The condo itself was a tad weak on practical furnishings, like 5 hangers across 3 large closets, only 2 teaspoons while there were 4 of the other silverware. No measuring cups or spoons that I found. “We enjoyed our stay at Mountainside Inn. The condo was clean and comfortable. We loved the river side trail and that the location was so close to town that we could walk just about everywhere. Two small complaints: limited parking and dull knives. We would stay here again if we come back to Telluride!”
